*Responsibilities: 

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated SAP PS (Project Systems) Consultant to join our team. The SAP PS Consultant will be responsible for the implementation, configuration, and support of the SAP Project Systems module, working closely with various departments to ensure the seamless integration of SAP PS functionality with business processes.

*Mandatory skill sets

•  SAP PS Module Implementation & Configuration:

Lead the implementation and configuration of SAP PS for end-to-end project management processes, from project creation to project closure.Analyze business requirements and design the SAP PS module to meet the needs of the business.Configure project structures, work breakdown structures (WBS), networks, and milestones.Configure project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource management functionalities.

•  Integration with Other Modules:

Work closely with teams handling SAP MM, SD, FI, CO, and other modules to ensure smooth integration of SAP PS with other SAP modules.Set up the interfaces between SAP PS and other systems, ensuring data consistency and efficient project execution.

•  Project Support & Troubleshooting:

Provide ongoing support to users, troubleshoot issues related to SAP PS, and offer solutions for project-related concerns.Monitor and ensure effective project tracking, project costing, budgeting, and revenue recognition within SAP.

•  User Training and Documentation:

Train end users on SAP PS functionality and best practices.Develop user manuals and documentation to assist in the use of SAP PS.Conduct user workshops and provide continuous support during post-implementation phases.

•  Continuous Improvement:

Identify areas for continuous improvement within SAP PS processes and propose changes to increase efficiency.Collaborate with other SAP consultants to implement enhancements and new functionality.

•  Project Management & Reporting:

Support project managers in tracking and reporting project progress, timelines, and financials within SAP PS.Ensure compliance with project management standards and processes.Generate project reports for senior management and stakeholders.

*Preferred skill sets

•  Technical Skills:

SAP PS configuration expertise (WBS, Networks, Milestones, Project Planning, and Scheduling).Experience in using SAP Fiori, SAP S/4HANA (if applicable), and SAP Reporting Tools.Strong knowledge of SAP integration with other modules (FI/CO, MM, SD).Proficiency in ABAP for custom reporting or enhancements is a plus.

•  Soft Skills:

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality results.
