Within Advisory, PwC has a large teamthat focus on transformation in Government through Digital inclusion. The open position is for a candidate who desires to work with government clients and bring about a change in society. A successful candidate will be expected to work pro-actively and effectively on multiple client engagements over the period of time and take ownership of the entire project delivery he/she entrusted with.
Responsibilities:
Preparation and analysis/MIS Reports of large IT/ITES/Telecom ProjectsPreparation of daily, weekly, monthly project progress report and presentation to client and various stakeholders.Project implementation monitoring activities such as SLA monitoring, stakeholder consultation & reporting.Coordination with all stakeholders for project data collection and reporting to client.Preparation of RFP/EOI for IT/ITES/Telecom domain for Govt clients.Experience in implementation, commissioning & testing of Optical Fiber Cable Network and Operation & MaintenanceExperience in OFC network planning including network design & splice plansExperience in telecom/ networking projects involving the implementation of IPMPLS, GPON, DWDM technologies.Experience in Operation and Maintenance (O&M) of Routers, Firewalls, RFMS etc in Telecom ProjectsCarrying out analysis on Trouble tickets and SLA in Network Operation Centre (NOC), NMS reports.Monitoring and analysis of Network utilization, FTTH connectivity to end customers.
Mandatory skill sets:
The candidate should possess post-qualification relevant work experience of 10-15 years in Consulting /IT/ITES/Telecom firm. Previous working experience with consulting (Preferred).Experience in Consulting for Government clients.Experience in Implementation, Operation and Maintenance of OFC network in large Telecom Projects.Experience in analysing reports, trouble tickets, SLA etc in Network Operation Centre (NOC), NMS.Experience in handling the implementation, Operation and Maintenance of Routers, Switches, Firewalls, RFMS etc in large Telecom Domain.Preferred skill sets:
Having knowledge and understanding about the technology in Telecom domain.Having thorough knowledge and understanding about the bid process management in Government projects.Advanced Excel proficiency-practical experience of using Excel for data mining.Excellent spoken and written communication.Years of experience required:
10 to 15years.
Education qualification:
Graduation: BE/BTech/MCA/MSc (Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics and Communications or equivalent).Post Graduation in engineering/business administration preferableEducation (if blank, degree and/or field of study not specified)
