Job Description & Summary: EBS Functional/ Advisory Corporate.
Responsibilities:
Oversee the end-to-end management of Oracle Financial applications, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, and Cash Management. Lead creation of proposals and solution during pre-sales stage and effort estimation Lead and manage Oracle Financials implementation and upgrade projects. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and successful project delivery. Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets. Identify opportunities for process improvements and system enhancements.Implement best practices to optimize financial operations and reporting.Collaborate with IT and finance teams to align system capabilities with business needs.Act as the primary point of contact for Oracle Financials-related matters.Engage with key stakeholders, including finance, IT, and external vendors, to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
Provide training and support to end-users.Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.Implement and monitor security controls to protect financial data.Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify and mitigate risks.Supervise and mentor a team of Oracle functional and technical consultants Foster a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback.
Mandatory skill sets:
Required Skills
In-depth knowledge of Oracle Financial modules, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, and Cash Management.
Ability to architect and lead solution discussions during pre-sales and delivery stage. Proven experience in managing Oracle Financials implementations and upgrades. Strong project management skills with a track record of successful project delivery.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements related to financial systems. Oracle Financials certification is preferred.
Preferred skill sets Understanding of integration technologies and methodologies (e.g., REST/SOAP web services, APIs).Years of experience required:
10+ years of above experience in Oracle EBS
Education qualification:
Bachelor’s degree, BE, B.tech, M.Tech, MCA, MBA.
