*Responsibilities:
Enterprise Architecture Strategy & Blueprint:
o Develop and articulate a comprehensive enterprise architecture strategy, guiding principles, blueprint that aligns with the organization's vision and strategic objectives.
o Define and implement an EA operating model that supports efficient and effective architecture practices
· Roadmap Development:
o Design and maintain the enterprise architecture roadmap, ensuring it aligns with business goals and technological advancements.
o Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure the roadmap addresses both current and future needs
· Architecture Reference Models and Standards:
o Develop and promote architecture reference models and technology standards across the organization.
o Ensure adherence to best practices and industry standards within the architecture framework.
· EA Function Setup and Operationalization:
o Lead the setup and operationalization of the enterprise architecture function, establishing governance and processes.
o Leverage EA tool effectively to support architecture development and decision-making processes.
o Champion architecture initiatives and build a culture of continuous improvement within the organization.
· Industry-Specific Expertise:
o Leverage experience in the manufacturing and retail/consumer sectors to address unique challenges and opportunities.
o Provide insights and strategic direction that align with industry trends and innovations.
· Stakeholder Engagement and Advisory:
o Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership and business units, providing guidance on architecture-related decisions.
o Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into architectural solutions. Act as a liaison between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
*Mandatory skill sets
· Should have experience working in large scale digital transformation / enterprise architecture engagements· Should have knowledge and experience in industry standard enterprise architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF). TOGAF 9 certification preferable· Should be proficient in enterprise architecture with overall comprehensive knowledge across data, application and technology architecture segments· Should have architecture design experience creating industry specific architecture reference models, blueprints and technology architecture roadmap· Should have knowledge and experience defining the technology & architecture standards*Preferred skill sets
Knowledge/experience in architecture governance, setting up of EA office preferable· Knowledge/experience in any leading EA tools preferable to effectively design and document architecture solutions that align with business strategies.· Experience in consulting, client-facing role with a focus on managing client expectations and delivering tailored solutions.· Proven experience in the manufacturing and/or retail & consumer sectors, understanding sector specific challenges and opportunities.· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively.· Analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to translate complex concepts into actionable plans· Stay abreast of the latest technological advancements, familiarity with leading digital emerging technologies*Years of experience required
Minimum of 10+ years of experience as enterprise architecture and technology advisory services*Education Qualification
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.Education (if blank, degree and/or field of study not specified)
