*Responsibilities: 

The SAP PS Consultant will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting the SAP Project Systems (PS) module. This role involves working closely with stakeholders to ensure that SAP PS is tailored to meet the specific needs of the business, enhancing project management efficiency

Key Responsibilities:

Implement and configure SAP Project Systems (PS) module to meet business requirements.Provide support and guidance on best practices for project planning, execution, and controlling.Gather and analyze business requirements from users, and translate them into functional specifications for SAP PS.Develop and maintain project structures, WBS (Work Breakdown Structure), networks, and project milestones.Integrate SAP PS with other modules (FI/CO, MM, SD, etc.) to ensure seamless operations.Monitor project performance and suggest improvements.Develop and maintain project reports, dashboards, and other analytics within the SAP PS environment.Provide user training and documentation for project teams and end-users.Assist with troubleshooting and resolving issues related to SAP PS configuration.Participate in system upgrades, testing, and quality assurance processes.

*Mandatory skill sets 

Proven experience with SAP PS module configuration and implementation.

Solid understanding of project management processes and methodologies.

Experience in integrating SAP PS with other SAP modules like FI, CO, MM, and SD.

Strong knowledge of project structures (WBS, Networks, Activities), cost planning, and reporting tools.
•  Ability to manage complex business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
•  Excellent communication skills to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
•  Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA is a plus.
•  Relevant certifications in SAP (SAP PS or Project Management certifications) are preferred.
•  Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

*Preferred skill sets 

•  Minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience in SAP PS module implementation or support roles.
•  Experience in business analysis and project management in an SAP environment
