Job Description & Summary: A career within the Skills Team of the Social Sector Vector of RDS.

Responsibilities:

Business Development with MSDE/NSDC/NCVET/ NIESBUD/DGT and other Central Ministries undertaking skill development schemes. Business Development with State Skill Missions and other State Government departments undertaking skill development schemes and other engagement with youth Business Development with skill development teams of Bilateral/ Multilateral/ UN agencies like Unicef, ADB, World Bank, etc Business Development with CSR/ Foundations/ impact organizations for all offerings of the Social Sector Anchor and lead delivery of all assigned skills project Anchor and lead thought leadership

Mandatory skill sets:

Deep relationship with CXOs/ Senior Bureaucrats of all target institutions for undertaking Business Development 3 to 5 years of varied experience in skill development projects

Preferred skill sets:

Experience of working with Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship (MSDE), GoI and its institutions

Years of experience required:

10+ years

Education qualification:

Post Graduate/ MBA
