As a workforce consulting generalist at PwC, you will provide clients with comprehensive support and drive end-to-end organisation and talent transformation initiatives to support the overall strategy of the organisation, applying a breadth of understanding of organisational and workforce consulting solutions across topics such as workforce strategy, talent development, rewards, organisational design to improve employee experience and organisational effectiveness.

Job Description & Summary

A career within Workday Services will provide you with the opportunity to help our clients leverage transformation to enhance their customer experiences.

*Responsibilities: 

Minimum of 10 years of experience in HR, experience.Proficiency in system design, integration, and implementation, with a strong understanding of data security and privacy standards.Strong knowledge of Workday functionality, configuration, security, reporting, and integrationProven track record of implementing innovative technology solutions, with a focus on cloud-based HR information systems, contact center technology, self-service tools, and artificial intelligence platforms, that drive business value and improve the employee experience.In-depth knowledge of HR operations management policies and practices, including benefits, retirement, workforce mobility, employee support, and executive services.5 years in a senior leadership role in HRMS/HRIS Administration with Workday.

*Mandatory skill sets 

Good to have Certification in Workday HCM and other specialized modules

*Preferred skill sets 

Knowledge and experience in Workday HCM Integration

*Years of experience required 

Should have relevant experience of 7+ years as workday exp in any of the enterprise solutions in ERP / CRM and HRMS spaceShould have more than overall 10+ years of experience of working in such
large project implementation/support projects

*Education Qualification  

BE/BTech /MBADesirable: workday HCM  certification
