These individuals enable HR processes and systems to run smoothly in order to efficiently support our workforce.Those in human resource operations at PwC will focus on all areas of Human Resources and the business in executing Human Resources related transactions and administrative activities. These individuals enable HR processes and systems to run smoothly in order to efficiently support our workforce.
Responsibilities:
Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders regarding all aspects of contingent workforce (CW) operations.Facilitate effective communication and actions between stakeholders, vendors and CW resources to ensure alignment and understanding of objectives and processes.Drive and oversee actions related to the management of contingent workforce operations, ensuring efficiency and compliance and coordinate with business and central teams to manage the onboarding, renewal, and exit processes for contingent workers, ensuring seamless end-to-end closure.Follow up with business stakeholders to ensure compliance with all relevant policies, such as background verification, mandatory e-learning, and exception processes.Maintain a thorough understanding of Human Capital policies and processes to ensure accurate guidance and adherence.Prepare and distribute monthly management information system (MIS) reports in accordance with internal guidelines.Ensure the maintenance of accurate and up-to-date employee data within the CW database.Mandatory skill sets:
