Responsibilities:

Strong in data validation, reconciliation and analysisThorough knowledge on Tax and Statutory around payrollHandling payroll related tax and statutory (PF, PT, ESIC and LWF)compliances – preparation, validation, filing through govt portalDocuments checking – reimbursements / Tax proofs Employee query handling, handling issues work smartly, time and work management   Retiral benefits (PF, NPS, Gratuity, Leave encashment,Superannuation fund etc)Computer proficiency – should be proficient in word, xls, powerpoint, working in network environment, payroll software etcVisiting regulatory authorities for closure of payroll compliancerelated issues around PF, PT, LWF and ESICKnowledge on employee life cycle management and HR operationsKnowledge on new Labour codes

 
Soft skills:
Ability to handle confidential data and sensitive situation
Strong communication skill – both written and verbal 
Well versed in data analytics, worked in payroll software and other
govt portals
Strong interpersonal skill, team management and capability of
working independently
Visiting client’s office for meeting and addressing issues
