In-Store Account Manager
**Job ID:** 2841 **Alternate Locations:** Italy-Lombardy-Pogliano Milanese Location: home-based, ( **north-west Italy)** Reports to: National Account Manager Contract type: Permanent **Your Role & Team in a Nutshell** As an In-Store Account Manager, you will play a crucial role in enhancing sales in retail channel in Lombardy and Piedmont regions. You will be part of a sales team of 18 people (agents included), working with brands like **MAPA, Spontex, PaperMate, Sharpie** and others. We will help you achieve your goals and develop by providing regular feedback and access to online training courses. **Your Key Responsibilities:** + Manage points of sale and negotiate secondary contributions. + Ensure product presence on shelves and compliance with promotions. + Develop and maintain the agreed product assortment. + Monitor competitor activities, including product presence and pricing. + Implement promotional areas and position point-of-purchase (POP) materials. + Process orders for direct delivery. + Collaborate with internal teams and external partners. + Utilise SAP, Bibo and Salesforce for tracking and reporting **What You’ll Need** **Minimum:** + Experience in sales, preferably in retail channel + University degree or high school diploma + **Fluent Italian and communicative English** (written & spoken) + Driving license and willingness to travel 90% of time **Your Advantage:** + Strong communication and negotiation skills. + Proven analytical and problem-solving skills. + Team player with proactive approach to tasks. **What You Gain** Newell Brands has a strong footprint in the EMEA region, with several thousand employees spread over many corporate offices and manufacturing facilities.
