Job Summary

The In-store Sales Representative is responsible for the sale of Company products and services through developing and maintaining positive account relationships.

Principle Duties and Responsibilities

Generates new sales through stores Special Orders program and Contract salesServices and maintains positive relationships with the current client baseGenerates new sales by introducing and promoting new products and servicesVisits stores in accordance with a proposed schedule and resolves store management concerns and problemsSeek prospective new accounts and customers to increase their sales volumeEnsures adequate stocking levels of product and product literature POP materials are present and available for consumersInspects product quality and monitor inventory levelsIdentifies store needs and problems and presents solutionsPrepares various reports and correspondence as requiredPerforms other duties as required

Qualifications

Minimum associates degree; preferred bachelor's degreeMinimum of one to three years of experience in customer serviceWorking knowledge of Microsoft Office including Excel, Word, Outlook and other software for business applicationsPreferred experience and knowledge on UFP's organization, culture, and product lines
