The Role, Inbound Business Development Representative
Location: Australia APAC

Overview: As a Business Development Representative, you are the tip of the spear and responsible for developing new business opportunities. As the first line of communication with prospects, you must have a strong understanding of the value SiteDocs provides, excel at new relationships, building rapport, and setting our Sales Executives up for success. As a Business Development Representative, your efforts contribute significantly to new business acquisitions and impacting our new revenue goals.
What you will do as an Inbound Business Development Representative:
+ Generate $600K in revenue per year
+ Generate 10 opportunities per week
+ Generate 12 demonstrations per week
+ Maintain 40-50 calls per day dialed through our software
+ Provide detailed qualification notes to the Sales Executive Team
+ Provide a value-driven and results-focused approach
+ Be fanatical about our mission, values, and goals
+ Other duties as required
What You Bring:
+ Proven customer support experience (or other relevant experience)
+ Demonstrated ability to communicate (Verbal, Written, Listening), teach and present concepts with excellence and adapt to meet audience needs.
+ Sales or Business Development experience is necessary
+ Relevant industry experience or Safety credentials / experience is a plus
+ BA / BS degree (or equivalent) is not required but is a plus
Helpful Skills:
+ Ability to communicate (Verbal, Written, Listening), teach and present concepts with excellence and adapt to meet audience needs.
+ Active Listening
+ Experience using iPads, Tablets, Smartphones and device applications is a plus.
+ An aptitude for problem-solving.
+ Proficiency in using (or the ability to quickly learn) software programs. Experience using SalesForce, Orum, Salesloft or similar are a plus.
+ You are persistent and see opportunities when and where others may not.
+ You are self-motivated.
+ You consistently push yourself to exceed expectations.
