Job Description


We are currently working with a fantastic client, looking for Inbound Customer Service Representatives to support their customers with a wide range of different enquiries.

Ideal candidates will have a passionate for customer service and providing the best possible experience.

An excellent telephone manner is required, however you don't need to have experience in this type of environment, just have a strong desire to provide a consistent outstanding service whilst dealing with customers.

Full training will be provided.

37.5 hours per week on a shift rota basis between the hours of 8 am and 8pm, Monday to Sunday.

Pay Rate - £12.31 per hour
