We are hiring a skilled Bilingual Inbound Collections Analyst, fluent in English and another foreign language, to join our team. You will be responsible for managing and resolving outstanding invoices, ensuring timely payments, and maintaining positive relationships with clients and sales teams across the EMEA region.
You will have a hybrid work schedule, with one day a week spent at our Bucharest office.
What You Will Do:
Meet quarterly cash collection and ageing targets, ensuring compliance with Oracle’s policies, audit requirements, and quality standards. Foster strong business relationships with assigned customers through phone and email, promoting repeat business with professionalism and integrity. Address customer needs accurately and promptly, working closely with internal teams to find effective solutions. Keep detailed records of customer interactions, tracking the progress of actions taken to resolve issues. Uphold and promote Oracle’s core values, including integrity, ethics, mutual respect, communication, fairness, quality, customer satisfaction, and teamwork. Work well with your team and other internal departments, sharing experiences and providing constructive feedback to enhance team performance. Engage in or lead projects of varying complexity, utilizing both technical and business skills.Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. Experience in collections, credit analysis, or a similar role. Fluency in English and another foreign language, plus familiarity with ERP systems. Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret financial data and make informed decisions. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with customers and internal teams. Negotiation skills, with the ability to handle difficult conversations and resolve conflicts. High level of accuracy and attention to detail in all aspects of work.
