Inbound Coordinator (with French)

Key responsibilities:
1. Manage supply planning for containers flow
Prepare the weekly container reception schedule (containers coming from African & Asia sites) in collaboration with the scheduling team and the warehouse Manager Optimize factory flows and filling of raw materials warehouses (3PL and internal warehouses) to ensure no demurrage cost at the Port Consider the daily reception constraints of each warehouses Follow up of containers arrivals in Cargoo Maintain storage and demurrage KPIs Control storage and freight forwarding invoices
2. Manage the supply of packaging/ingredients and stocks
Calculate packaging/ingredients requirements based on the planning horizon / and consumption histories Place orders to Suppliers/ entering order confirmations in SAP / tracking deliveries Check the weekly situation of physical stocks for all sku’s, Analyze raw material stock/ consumption every week in order to identify any consumption deviation and risk of shortage Manage the return on non-compliant packaging with quality, purchasing and supplier
3. Manage supply planning for Flexitank/Isotank flows
Prepare the weekly container reception schedule with scheduling team according to tank capacity, quality of butter needed, customer orders Consider the daily reception constraints: 5 heating stations on site: 2 for isotanks / 3 for flexitanks, time for reheating process on site: between 2 and 4 days per isotank/flexitank Optimize the weekly planning deliveries to limit at maximum demurrage cost at the port Follow up of containers arrivals in Cargoo, download all documentation and get the QSA approval before delivery on site Control freight forwarding invoices
4. Receive the goods in collaboration with the forklift drivers
Direct the transporter to the unloading location Enter Good issues in SAP
About you:
Strong proficiency in French – oral and written Good English skills 3+ years of experience in supply chain activities Bachelor degree in supply / warehouse Proficient in MS Office and SAP Knowledge of storage and transportation regulations and industry best practices Food Manufacturing experience a plus Proven ability to multitask & prioritize in a fast-paced environment Proven ability to overcome obstacles and deliver results. Problem-solving abilities and the capacity to make decisions independently Client orientation, team work, autonomy and rigor
