Inbound Customer Service Representative (Remote)


Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Process Executive - HC to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 0 to 3 years of experience and a strong proficiency in MS Excel. Experience in the healthcare call center or payer domain is a plus. This role involves managing and optimizing processes to ensure efficient operations and high-quality service delivery.


Responsibilities

Manage daily operations and ensure all processes are executed efficiently.Utilize MS Excel to analyze data generate reports and provide insights for process improvement.Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information in a timely manner.Collaborate with team members to identify and resolve operational issues.Maintain accurate records and documentation for all processes.Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.Participate in training sessions to stay updated on industry trends and best practices.Provide support to the healthcare call center team to enhance service delivery.Assist in the development and implementation of process improvement initiatives.Monitor key performance indicators and report on process performance.Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.Support the payer domain team with data analysis and reporting tasks.Contribute to the overall success of the team by taking on additional responsibilities as needed.

Qualifications

Possess strong technical skills in MS Excel including data analysis and reporting.Have experience in the healthcare call center or payer domain is a plus.Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Show strong attention to detail and organizational skills.Exhibit the ability to work independently and as part of a team.Display a proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.

Certifications Required

MS Excel Certification Healthcare Call Center Certification (optional)
