Job Description

The Advisor I, Customer Service position interfaces with customers via inbound calls, outbound calls, or through the Internet depending upon client requirements. This position provides customer service support and resolution of routine problems regarding client's product or services.

Customer Service  Sales Advisor – Maysfield - On-Site, Belfast

 

£23,878.40, per annum plus uncapped bonus and incentives, OTE £26,500

Responsibilities of the Customer Service Sales Advisor

Receiving inbound calls with our customers and establishing their needs and building rapportAchieving and exceeding sales, productivity and customer satisfaction targetsMaintaining and proactively improving sales skills, product knowledge, competitor knowledge and offer managementDeveloping relationships with customers and encouraging referralsEnsuring accurate information, quotes and pricing information to customersUpselling and cross-selling products and services in order to maximise opportunity to retainFollowing all appropriate FSA regulations

 

To be a Customer Sales Advisor you'll need:

Have excellent interpersonal and communication skillsComputer literate Have the ability to speedily navigate multiple systems effectivelyAre proficient in English (oral and written)Are flexible to work shifts between, 7:45 am – 9 pm from Monday to Friday and 7:45 am – 8 pm on Saturday and SundayCan commit to 100% training attendance to ensure you are fully prepared for your role.
