We currently have an opening for an Inbound Lead where you will be on the front lines contributing to awesome member experiences! That same experience applies to co-workers, the community, and our vendors.
Schedule:Monday - Thursday, 6:00am - 4:30pm (overtime as needed)RESPONSIBILITIESAssist in the Receiving area by unloading freight, breaking down pallets, separating items, inspect, audit, scan and stow away with safety, care, and speedConfirm product integrity, checking for overages, shortages, or damagePartner with multiple cross functional departments including procurement, vendor management, transportation, and othersPerform other duties as assigned with the flexibility to rotate to other departments and work extended hours, as necessaryPerform quality inspections, documenting and escalating issues found to the appropriate teamsResearch claims and prepare proper documentation to process OS&DResponsible for inspecting shipments for load quality, food safety, delivery exceptions, validate exceptions, determine root cause of issuesResponsible for inspecting shipments to confirm product integrity, validate claims, determine cause of shortages/damages and provide resolutionSchedule and monitor shipments arriving at the warehouseVerify all BOL and packing lists are correct, scanning and send those documents to the appropriate teamsVerify the accuracy of incoming shipments by comparing items and unloaded against bills of lading, invoices, manifests, storage receipts or other recordsQUALIFICATIONSHigh school diploma or equivalent (GED)High attention to detail and accuracy requiredPrior logistics, fulfillment and/or industry experience (preferred)Able to stand and walk for extended periods of time, frequently reaching with hands and arms, twisting, bending, stooping, squatting, lifting and carrying, pushing, and pulling up to 50 lbs.Experience with hand-held scanners (preferred)Honest with the highest integrityDedicated to quality and high standardsSupportive of values following policies and proceduresPositive, ambitious, energetic, hardworking with a strong work ethicA team player with exceptional communication who is well organized and has an eye for detailUnderstanding the importance of accuracy and the potential financial implication it could have on the company.Ability to read and understand production and shipping documentsBELONG TO A BETTER COMPANYComprehensive health benefits (medical, dental, vision, life, and disability)Competitive pay + equityMultiple work schedules availableOpportunities for advancement.
