We're looking for a hands-on and motivated self-starter who is passionate about leading the Marketing Response Center (MRC) team for Korea based in Seoul, South Korea.
In this role, you will be fully responsible for leading this team of young talents in executing lead follow-ups and marketing campaigns to improve customer experience and customer cloud interests, and promote a variety of AWS marketing and related product services through diverse marketing channels.
You will work closely with field marketing, regional sales management, and/or global campaign teams to identify campaign opportunities and messaging to effectively target key industries, use cases, or target customers to help improve the leads to opportunity conversion. You will also work closely with marketing operations to improve the quality of campaign data and ensure leads are captured and routed to the sales team for prompt follow-up.
Our team is a critical function within the lead and demand generation process, with its mission to amplify marketing activities and outcomes by accelerating customers' cloud adoption journey through personalized human engagement. We do this by leveraging insights and technology to scale marketing-driven efforts, and continue to innovate to provide a better experience for our customers and better outcomes for the business. In this role, you will work with a highly talented, dynamic, and fun team, targeting existing leads with campaigns and information designed to improve the lead quality and sales conversion rates.
Roles & Responsibilities:
• Be a business partner and work closely with sales and marketing stakeholders to achieve business goals.
• Dive deep with leadership on the details of a program, including strategy, planning, execution, and measurement.
• Provide guidance, direction, leadership, and support necessary for the team to ensure that they are able to accomplish individual and team goals.
• Provide regular reporting on performance and metrics to stakeholders, and dive deep into operational data to improve operational excellence, better customer experience, and achieve business outcomes.
• Proactively plan and recommend solutions to problems or issues that you see developing (see around corners).
• Be part of a team to lead global cross-functional MRC projects to drive operational excellence and better customer experience.
