TBC is seeking a skilled individual to manage and execute our Inbound Receiving Process. Primary responsibility is ensuring all Inbounds are in the system Prior to Goods receipt and that Inbound Cost is captured and allocated timely and correctly. Our ideal candidate is highly analytical, strong in cross-functional/collaboration efforts, and brings previous Supply Chain experience in Logistics, Operations, Data Analytics, Finance or a related field.

Job Responsibilities Daily resolution of ASN/EDI errors in SAP to balance the Inbound Shipment creation Daily cost application execution of Inbound Shipments that require costs prior Goods Receipt Daily SAP PGR + Billing error resolution, through both autonomous research & cross-functional collaboration across several Corporate teams. Maintain functional data within SAP that is required for multiple SAP Landed Cost processes Assist Distribution, Sales & Operation, and Product Accounting teams with multiple elements of the end-to-end inbound process. Manual Inbound Shipment creation, as needed. Additional Job Responsibilities Validate landed cost calculations and Inbound Shipments to ensure both cost and data accuracy Build excellent customer service relationships with all corporate personnel, outside vendors, service providers and internal Distribution personnel. Develop and execute opportunities for Process Improvement, including automation. Create and maintain process documentation, as needed. Maintains confidentiality of proprietary information. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Business Administration, Finance or related field preferred 1-3 years experience in importing processes (i.e. EDI 856 and landed cost), data analysis and related Supply Chain environments Must possess excellent analytical and problems solving skills. Must be well organized and possess a sense of urgency. Able to learn multiple systems (work will be performed in SAP, Microsoft Excel and 3rd Party Applications) Ability to work independently and with little supervision Able to meet deadlines Solution-oriented Detail-oriented Bilingual in Spanish /English is a plus Benefits Market competitive compensation 401(k) and Roth with company match.
