Our Inbound Sales Chat Representative will handle online chat inquiries from our potential new customers each day. Inbound Sales Chat Representatives will assist customers with promotional information and pricing on behalf of a leading Telecommunications company with the goal of making them part of the family! Our amazing Team of Leaders will be there to support you on your pathway to success! This position is onsite at our Ft Lauderdale location: 6700 N. Andrews Ave., Suite 600, Ft Lauderdale, FL 33309. Training schedule is Monday-Friday 9:00 am – 6:00 pm. Production schedule range is between 9:00 am – 7:00pm, required to work on Saturday or a Sunday, for a 40 hour week.

The online sales chat relationship experience created for these customers is key to winning!

Our sales chat representatives view the customer's inquiry online to understand their needs and act as their advocate by making recommendations, addressing all inquiries, and providing thorough & accurate information to set customers up for success with their new service!

Must be No more than 20 miles from worksite**

Responsibilities:

Answer inbound sales chat inquiries and greet customers with energy and enthusiasm virtually.Be able to make outbound calls to customers for further clarification needed (about 20 percent of the time)Meet department productivity and quality standards.Strive for sales on the first chat inquiry and take true ownership of customer needs and issues.Communicate and follow instructions for a first "virtual" chat inquiry resolution for customer satisfaction.Deliver an amazing sales experience through effective and timely resolution of various customer inquiries, concerns, and needs.Take an active role in educating customers about our client's products and services.Build lasting relationships with clients, customers, and other call center team members based on trust and reliability.Understand and strive to meet or exceed call center sales metrics while providing an excellent and consistent sale experience.

Requirements:

Experience in sales/upsells in a transaction-based environment such as a call center or retail location, demonstrating the ability to provide customers with the best options that fit their needs is preferred.Must be computer Savvy and be able to type 25 words per minute.Problem-solving skills.Ability to maintain accuracy and production standardsBackground check required
