As a Reservations Supervisor at United Rentals, you will lead the Reservation Specialist Team by ensuring their duties are properly performed. You will do so by making sure commitments to customers are met, corporate policies and procedures are complied with and regularity requirements are followed. You will utilize your leadership skills to assist in developing and maintaining a goal oriented team.

Additional duties include the following:

Supervise the Reservation Specialist Team in their daily duties and support the Customer Care Management teamEffective management of team to include KPIsAssist staff in resolving issuesAssist with the measurement of job performance based on clearly understood common goalsCollect and report monthly department statistics and assist in evaluating the teams' productivityCoordinate training and ensure compliance with all department processes and procedures, corporate policies, and relevant government regulationsSupport Customers that meet the criteria established for the Customer Care Reservation Specialist Team. Provide a second tier of problem resolution for the customer.Other duties assigned as needed

Job Requirements:Bachelor's Degree preferred, or, industry experience of 5 yearsMinimum of 5 years industry experience or on the job and in house trainingAbility to effectively plan, organize, communicate, and delegateGood communication and math skills (abstract reasoning)Problem solving skills and ability to multi-taskWorking knowledge of MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SURI, and general office equipmentMust be able to work any required hoursMust be able to work under minimum supervisionOccasional Traveling may be needed
