The mission of the Inbound Success Coach (associate inbound business development) team is to provide customers and prospects with the most immediate and high quality first interaction with HubSpot to drive great customers. This is a perfect entry-level role for someone passionate about building a career in sales.

What will you do?
Navigate a high volume of product and sales related inquiries Conduct consultative pre-qualification of prospects for HubSpot’s sales process via phone, live chat, and email Help remove technical barriers for our users and recommend software best practices Set up high-quality appointments with the appropriate sales team members for Inbound Growth Assessments Identify and deliver best next steps or resources to assist customers and users Collaborate cross-functionally within HubSpot to improve experience for HubSpotters and HubSpot customers/users alike製品および販売に関するお問い合わせの対応。 電話、ライブチャット、電子メールを通じて、見込みのお客様に対してコンサルティングなアプローチのものとニーズの事前確認を行う。 ユーザーの技術的障壁を取り除き、ソフトウェアのベストプラクティスを推奨する。 セールスチームメンバーと質の高いアポイントメントを設定する。 お客様やユーザーを支援するために、最適な次のステップやリソースを特定し、提供する。 HubSpot社内の部門横断的なコラボレーションにより、HubSpotとHubSpotの顧客/ユーザー双方のエクスペリエンスを向上する。
