Inbound Warehouse Manager (Onsite)
**What you will do** Are you ready to lead and elevate our warehouse operations? As the Inbound Warehouse Manager, you'll take charge of all inbound activities, driving efficiency and ensuring seamless receipt, storage, and distribution of products. This dynamic role offers the opportunity to manage and optimize logistics processes, maintain inventory control, inbound process accuracy, and champion workplace safety. Join us to make a tangible impact and shape the future of our inbound operations. + Manage and optimize receiving operations: Oversee the receipt of products at the distribution center, ensuring a robust inspection process for accurate quantities, and proper documentation + Optimize Inventory Control: Ensure precise recording and tracking of inventory with efficient systems + Process Performance Management: Implement and monitor measures to uphold product quality and minimize errors + Coordinate with Suppliers / OEMs: Manage strong working relationships to ensure timely and efficient inbound shipments and maintain close contact for timely addressing of issues + Drive Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement process enhancements to boost efficiency and reduce costs. + Deliver Exceptional Service: Collaborate across teams to resolve inbound issues and ensure timely order processing **What you will need** **Required:** + Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain management, business administration, or a related field + 8 years of warehouse or logistics or related experience **Preferred:** + Certifications in warehouse management or logistics (e.g., Certified Warehouse Manager, Certified Supply Chain Professional) + APICS CLTD (Logistics, Transportation, and Distribution certification) would be an added advantage + 2 years of people leadership experience Health benefits include: Medical and prescription drug insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, critical illness insurance, accident insurance, hospital indemnity insurance, personalized healthcare support, wellbeing program and tobacco cessation program.
