If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, love solving challenges, and excel at motivating teams to achieve excellence, this is your opportunity to make a real impact! + **Inbound Operations Management:** Lead the efficient and accurate receipt of inbound shipments, ensuring proper unloading, thorough inspection, and complete documentation of incoming goods. + **Inventory Accuracy:** Maintain precise and timely records of inbound inventory by implementing robust inventory control systems to monitor and manage stock levels effectively. + **Quality Assurance:** Uphold the highest standards of quality and accuracy in receiving and storage processes by implementing rigorous quality control measures to reduce errors and discrepancies. + **Performance Optimization** : Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for inbound operations.
