Inbound Operations Management: Lead the efficient and accurate receipt of inbound shipments, ensuring proper unloading, thorough inspection, and complete documentation of incoming goods.Inventory Accuracy: Maintain precise and timely records of inbound inventory by implementing robust inventory control systems to monitor and manage stock levels effectively.Quality Assurance: Uphold the highest standards of quality and accuracy in receiving and storage processes by implementing rigorous quality control measures to reduce errors and discrepancies.Performance Optimization: Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for inbound operations. Use performance data to identify areas for improvement and drive operational excellence.Vendor & Supplier Coordination: Build strong relationships with vendors and suppliers to streamline inbound shipments and ensure timely delivery of goods to the warehouse.Process Improvement: Continuously identify and implement innovative solutions to enhance operational efficiency, reduce costs, and improve service levels across inbound activities.Cross-Team Collaboration: Partner with internal teams to ensure smooth and accurate processing of incoming orders, fostering alignment and operational success.Issue Resolution: Address and resolve challenges related to inbound operations, including ASN (Advance Shipment Notices) issues, to maintain efficiency and operational flow.What you will do
Required:
Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain management, business administration, or a related field8 years of warehouse or logistics experiencePreferred:
