Incentive Compensation Analyst (Senior Finance Executive)
The Opportunity
The Incentive Compensation Analyst is responsible for the design, implementation, systemization, management, and reporting on various compensation plans that attract, retain, and motivate our go-to-market and delivery teams. This global role plays a critical part in ensuring accurate data capture, efficient systemization, and timely review and approval of incentives, enabling seamless and accurate processing for staff. By leveraging technology and structured workflows, the analyst ensures that incentive programs align with business objectives, drive performance, and maintain compliance.
Responsibilities
Support the design, development and roll-out of annual compensation plans. Includes the launch of annual plans as well as in-year onboarding of new colleagues and changes for existing colleagues, where needed.Implement and administer compensation plans, ensuring clear, timely, and effective communication with the sales team.Optimize and systemize incentive processes and systems to improve efficiency, accuracy, and scalability.Manage approvals and reporting, ensuring timely and accurate incentive calculations and payouts.Monitor and refine compensation plans based on market trends, business goals, and performance data to maintain competitiveness.Analyze compensation data to evaluate plan effectiveness, identify trends, and provide data-driven recommendations for improvement.Support training and education efforts to ensure sales teams clearly understand compensation structures, maximizing motivation and engagement.Position Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.4+ years of experience managing and administering various compensation plans.Experience in Business Process Outsourcing in a Finance Related Role serving overseas clients will be a definite advantage.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Experience in systemizing and automating complex workflows for incentive programs.Prior experience with Xactly administration and/or Salesforce administration is preferred.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.Ability to adapt and work efficiently in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.Flexible work schedule to accommodate business needs.
