General Summary

This position is responsible for assisting in the development and design of new compensation programs and the administration, accounting and maintenance of current programs which support the company’s effort to attract, motivate and retain talented employees.

Essential Job Accountabilities ​

Maintain incentive data and reports to support the ongoing administration of incentive compensation, ensuring accurate reporting for company financials (e.g., employee performance awards, restricted stock grants, incentive compensation, and profit-sharing bonuses). 

Prepare and coordinate compensation reports required for monthly accruals and account reconciliation, as well as quarterly performance charts, company forecasts, and budgets as required by Corporate Accounting and Financial Planning & Analysis departments. 

Assist in calculating annual incentive payouts to provide participants with their bonus amounts and statements detailing how the incentive was earned.

Provide incentive compensation data to enable managers to make informed decisions when making job offers and recommending promotional increases.

Assist in the development, communication, and administration of incentive compensation programs designed to motivate and reward employees upon the attainment of key performance objectives.

Administer compensation programs in compliance with established guidelines and procedures.

Evaluate internal and external compensation data to recommend projected annual compensation budgets (e.g., merit, promotions, and salary plan adjustments). 

Recommend and document changes to procedures in order to maintain compliance with SOX. 

Provide compensation data to the tables required for completion of the annual proxy

Provide supporting data for quarterly and annual audits required to ensure SOX compliance. 

Education and/or Work Experience

BS in Finance or Accounting preferred

5-8+ years on the field or related job experience

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Superior organizational skills

Advanced knowledge of Excel, Words, Access Database

One World or Edgar Financials experience

Benefits may vary for positions located outside of the continental United States.

Base Salary Range: 

$124,119.00 - $186,178.00

Pay may vary based upon relevant experience, skills, location, and education among other factors.  ​
