Incentive Pay Analyst
The Incentive Pay Analyst will review daily labor reporting time and attendance transactions and job transactions of production employees for the purpose of calculating incentive pay for the production employees. Apply appropriate incentive standards generated by the Industrial Engineers and review the scanning information for error conditions and follow up with supervision as needed. Additionally, this position will prepare and provide daily incentive earnings and hours for production employees to appropriate supervision.
What Will You Do?
Select and apply incentive standards to employee production data, using appropriate computer software, from authorized labor reporting in the Ashley time and attendance system. Compare production reports to labor reporting data and contact appropriate supervisor regarding questionable information.Review dead-time, down-time and efficiencies and work with supervision to support the resolution of questions generated from incorrect scanning.Use computer software and manual calculations to generate daily incentive earnings for individual employees and groups of employees. Post earnings and issues regarding earnings data to the area supervisor.Track new employee time for proper allocation of time for correct incentive calculations.Actively participate in departmental meetings, training, and education. Assist with training other employees and providing backup.Complete other assignments and special projects as requested.What Do you Need
Associate Degree in Accounting or Finance, or equivalent work experience, Require6 months’ experience of Finance, Accounting, or related field, RequiredProficient 10-key calculator skillsStrong attention to detailA positive can-do attitude!Who We Are
