Incentive Program Specialist
Description

Summary:

Incentive Program Specialist is responsible for the design and coordination of sales incentive administration, implementation and risk management controls for CRB (Consumer Regional Banking) incentives.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Coordinate and administer incentive plans for multiple CRB segments, providing plan interpretation, reporting, sales adjustments, plan documents, acknowledgements and monitoring compliance with plan guidelinesSupport annual planning and other projects with analysis, modeling and implementation of incentive administrative changesLiaison for effective implementation of incentive plan changes with L3 leaders and segment managers to support communication of new plans with teams and colleaguesDrive effectiveness of sales behaviors and processes through incentive risk controls and risk management oversight functionsSupport segment L3 leaders and business segment support on training, presentations, colleague inquires, reporting and other sales process activitiesCoordinate and administer goal allocation and goal maintenance for segments to drive metric performance for OCR/revenue growth, productivity, service, quality, leadership and other behaviorsManage and coordinate incentive automation by performing business requirements, user acceptance testing, production validation and risk controlsPerforms other duties as assigned

Basic Qualifications:

5+ years of Incentive Planning experienceBachelor's Degree or 2 additional years of experience in lieu of degree

Preferred Qualifications:

Clear and accurate communications (both verbal and written) that is appropriate for intended audience(s), including the ability to effectively communicate complex issuesAbility to participate in and foster a teamwork environmentStrong skills with excel for data and analysisAbility to learn new technology/systemsStrong analytical problem-solving skillsOrganized and detail oriented
