About the Role

The Partnership Distribution Incentives Specialist is responsible for designing, modifying, and implementing competitive incentive program schemes to maximize employee recruitment, retention, performance.

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Review, assess, formulate, recommend, communicate, and implement incentive schemes for the improvement of employees’ performance.

2. Establish Rules and Guidelines to monitor compliance in incentives activities across all the stakeholders in the incentives workstream.

3. Engage with internal and external stakeholders to build and maintain a solid and fundamental working relationship between the different departments / SMEs.

4. Monitor the compliance of all stakeholders, both upstream and downstream, in the incentives process.

5. Communicate approved incentive programs to stakeholders, entertaining and answering questions and inquiries.

6. Conduct data analysis and produce ad hoc reports that are aimed in increasing the team’s effectiveness and efficiency.

7. Monitor the performance of the incentives vis-à-vis the agreed upon Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

8. Perform post-implementation evaluation to assess the effectiveness of the incentive programs. Consult with the different channel heads to discuss incentive programs which are aligned with the strategies and objectives of the channels on an annual basis.

9. Process and ensure data integrity of the incentives results for payout processing for both internal and external stakeholders.

Minimum Job Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management or MarketingWith at least 2 to 3 years experience in a similar roleExcellent interpersonal and communication skills (oral and written)Computer savvyGeneral understanding and knowledge of Microsoft programs such as Word, Excel, etc.Willing to be assigned in BPLAC Makati Head OfficeExperience in the Life Insurance industry is a plus
