Inclusion Program Administrator
Position Summary: We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and innovative Inclusion Program Manager to manage our corporate inclusion initiatives. This position will work closely with leadership, HR, and project teams to build an inclusive work environment, promote equitable opportunities for all employees, and ensure that our contractor teams and partners reflect our commitment to inclusion and psychological safety. This position will report directly to the Director of Inclusion. The ideal candidate will have exceptional program management skills, experience with schedule and travel logistics, a strong commitment to workplace inclusion and well-being, and an understanding of the construction industry’s unique challenges and opportunities regarding inclusion and psychological safety. Salary Range: $57,200 - $72,800 annually, depending on experience and assignment location. Key Responsibilities: + Scheduling and Travel Coordination + Manage complex scheduling for employee programs and training, ensuring adherence to timelines and milestones. + Coordinate travel logistics for program stakeholders, including accommodations and transportation. + Maintain efficient tracking systems for schedules and travel details to ensure seamless operations. + Program Development + Assist in developing training materials, toolkits, and resources to educate employees and leaders on workplace inclusion and psychological safety including topics such as unconscious bias, cultural competency, inclusive leadership, and equitable hiring practices for employees and management. Assist with tracking the effectiveness of training programs and work with the team to adjust them to meet evolving needs. + Assist with the creation and ongoing support of employee resource groups (ERGs) to enhance the sense of community and belonging for employees from diverse backgrounds. Ensure that the ERGs have the resources and leadership support needed to succeed. + Support the creation of employee pathways that promote inclusion and psychological safety. + Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to identify needs and tailor programs to address workplace challenges. + Program Management + Assist in planning, executing, and evaluating programs to ensure alignment with company goals. + Monitor program outcomes and success metrics, providing regular reports and recommendations for improvement. + Coordinate with cross-functional teams and external partners to deliver impactful initiatives. + Advocacy and Leadership + Champion inclusion, psychological safety, and mental health within the construction industry, promoting awareness and engagement. + Lead initiatives to foster psychologically safe environments, reduce stigma, and provide resources. + Facilitate workshops, seminars, and discussions on inclusion and psychological safety topics. Qualifications: + Bachelor’s degree, certification, or equivalent work experience in business administration, social sciences, program management, marketing & development, and workplace inclusion programs. + Minimum of 3 years of inclusion program management experience, preferably in the construction industry. + Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously. + Proven expertise in designing and delivering inclusion, mental health, or psychological safety programs. + Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills are essential. + Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence, collaborate, and build relationships across all levels of the organization. + Familiarity with the construction industry’s culture, challenges, and operations. + Proficiency in scheduling, travel coordination tools, and project management software. Preferred Skills: + Certification in mental health first aid, diversity and inclusion, or related areas. + Experience fostering initiatives in inclusion, psychological safety, mental health, and substance abuse support within the construction industry. + Experience with SharePoint system management. + Proficiency in Windows and Microsoft Office 365, including Excel, Outlook, Word, Teams and PowerPoint. + Excellent time-management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work while frequently interrupted by phone calls and questions on work in progress. + Excellent written and oral communication skills with an ability to develop strong interpersonal relationships. + Ability to work well in a large professional setting. Patience and professionalism are essential. + Must be a strong team player with the ability to collaborate with various personnel within and across departments and at all levels of leadership. Physical and Mental Requirements: + Standing/Walking/Sitting: Workday is combination of standing, walking and sitting. + Must be able to climb stairs: 30% of day.  + Hands/Arms: Constant use of hands/fingers for mouse/keyboard/computer use.  + Sight: Visual acuity in near, mid, and far range vision.
