Essential Functions:
Performs daily revenue audits, cash summaries, journals for entry and related revenue reports for management. Prepares deposit slips for/or captures credit card billing, reconciles credit card deposits and responds to customer billing inquiries and disputes. Communicates both written and orally with affiliated departments on variances, statistics and exceptions to policy and procedures. Issues statements of accounts and performs collection efforts under the direction of the Income Control Supervisor. Participates in Monthly Verification of Electronic Gaming Device Meters. Assists in W2-G and Win/Loss statement preparation. Acts as a role model and presents oneself as a credit to Harrah’s and encourages others to do the same. Adheres to all department and company policies and procedures. Performs all related duties as assignedRequirements:
High School Diploma required, Bachelor’s degree Finance/ Accounting preferred. It is crucial to maintain a courteous telephone demeanor and to effectively engage with all customers in a warm and friendly manner. Typing skills, MS Office experience Calculator skills are required. You will be required to successfully pass a 9-key calculator test during the interview process. Must be detail-oriented and very organized. Must be able to solve problems independently. Must have good mathematical skills.Physical, Mental, and Environmental Demand:
Lifts up to a maximum of 25 pounds and frequently lifts and/or carries objects up to 15 pounds. Position requires 10% standing, 80% sitting, and 10% walking. Must be able to maneuver around the office and effectively work at a desk. Must have the manual dexterity to operate a computer and other necessary office equipment such as a telephone, calculator, copy machine and various printers. Requires some bending, pushing, twisting, kneeling, climbing, stooping and reaching overhead. Must be able to work in a fast-paced, stressful environment.
