We are looking for an Income Tax Manager to support our Tax Team. For this candidate to be
to be successful, they must have a strong understanding of tax, be highly self-motivated and self-directed, committed to solving problems efficiently, and interested in being part of an organization committed to continuous growth and improvement. This is a position that must be able to set the standard for integrity and professionalism, while interacting with a diverse team.

What you'll do
Manage the company’s income tax compliance Assist with setting team cadence to ensure deadlines are met Gather income tax return information and filings Actively communicate with outside accounting firms and internal resources to gather information and identify issues. Research intermediate tax concepts and apply to tax fillings and processes Review income tax account reconciliations and support financial close Gather information and review quarterly year end provisions Assist with information reporting including foreign withholding and various taxes as necessary Improve the efficiency of tax processes and controls through technology Interact with varying government agencies to ensure tax accounts are in compliance Manage income tax SOX controls and ensure team’s compliance Educate and train team members Maintain tax accounts with various government agencies Proficiently communicate tax concepts to team members Other administrative tasks and projects as neededSkills you'll need
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance 6+ years of experience relevant tax experience CPA and public accounting experience preferred Strong understanding of partnership and corporate income tax Ability to succeed in ambiguity Highly organized and thorough Deadline driven Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills Strong communication skills Proficiency with Excel and Google apps for business Flexibility and responsiveness to change Ability to work in a fast paced environmentCompensation:
