Role:

 Lead technology pillar leads at both the Vertical (product) and Horizontal (Data, Operations, Platforms) through intake, prioritization processes to ensure requirements are well defined, resources allocated, and deliverables are transparent/tracked.

 Coach teams through making prioritization decisions based on business needs/value, requirement readiness, effort and resource allocations.

 Work through allocations for balancing maintenance/tech debt with business prioritized initiatives with potentially unplanned work for a value-add increment that is right sized based on team-size, needs and confidence to delivery.

 Manage monthly increment check-ins, retros and reporting of progress, blockers, risks/challenges
