The People Services team is a dynamic and multi-functional team spanning across several pillars like Contact Center, Data Administration, Recruiting Services, Unemployment Claims, Canada HR alongside critical support teams like Transaction Support, Integrations, Quality Assurance, People Analytics and Reporting. This Bangalore based team collaborates and works together with our colleagues based out of Charlotte (North Carolina) and Bentonville (Arkansas) creating benchmarks around customer service delivery and a superior associate experience.

What you’ll do :
Delivers customer service by addressing and resolving customer disputes and ad hoc queries that require thorough research; works with customers to escalate their inquiries, provides status updates and advice to management; communicates with customers both verbally and in writing; conducts compliance reviews; negotiates dispute resolutions; analyzes, interprets, and consolidates information for customer review; and facilitates communication between the customer and the business area.
Ensures adherence to local, state, and federal laws, as well as company policies and procedures, by analyzing and interpreting reports, implementing and monitoring HR compliance processes, executing action plans for improved performance, and guaranteeing the confidentiality of information, documentation, and assigned records.
Ensures work is precise, complete, and timely and efficiently carries out essential functions in the current position, completing work assignments with minimal or no supervision, within set deadlines, and effectively prioritizes tasks.
Works hand-in-hand with managers, fellow employees, clients, and other business associates.
Identifies and suggests ways to enhance the Data Admin process through innovative thinking.
Exhibits strong written and verbal communication skills, effectively multi-tasks in fast-paced environments, and adheres strictly to deadlines.
Displays independent thinking in identifying problems and formulating fitting solutions related to the process.
Adheres to ethical standards and professionalism, promotes a positive attitude, and works collaboratively as a team player.
