Role & Responsibilities: Collaborate with various stakeholders like Business, product and project management teams to identify, define and analyze business requirements Evaluates the technicalities of a business problem and then Translate business requirements into functional, technical and system specifications for development teams and recommend technical solutions Assist in the design and development of software solutions, ensuring alignment with the business and system needs. Document key requirements, functional and system specifications and define risk factors and supporting the testing process by documenting key test cases.. Involve in planning and forecasting and developing IT Roadmap. Analyze data using analytical tools to extract insights and informed decision-making. Collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure timely and successfully delivery of the final solution. Desired Skills & Experience: 3 to 6 years of proven experience working in a Business Analyst role in IT industry Bachelor's degree in engineering. Degree in computer science or similar degree preferred. Ability to analyze requirements, processes, data and systems to identify problems, solutions and opportunities. Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneous. Experience in breaking down complex problems, recommend practical solutions and assist in developing effective solutions. Effective and clear communication for liaising with stakeholders, including technical teams and upper management. Experience in Documenting business requirements, functional specifications, and process workflows. Familiarity with software development methodologies, database management and Azure Cloud System/Services is preferred.
