GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF ROLE: Conduct Surveys to collect compensation data from Corporate & Business Firms to help them benchmark the external competitive market, or prevailing rate, for jobs or skill sets that are comparable to those within the organization. Organizations use this data to evaluate their standing vis-a-via other organizations. The process involves analysis of data which includes rigorous auditing of salary data, querying clients for doubts/ clarification, removal of salary outliers keeping in mind the market benchmarks, if any, and finally report generation JOB RESPONSIBILITIES The Colleague provides high quality administration support for internal and external clients by: • Operates as Ops Manager with Strong domain knowledge (understanding of compensation methodology and client products) • Prior experience on Quality assurance/audits. • Experience in handling a team size of 15-20 colleagues. ( Direct TEAM HANDLING IS must) India | Risk and Human Capital Proprietary & Confidential • Performance management, team connects, feedback sharing, SLA adherence and drive team engagement with high engagement scores. • Rewards & Recognition with high penetration. • Stakeholder, inventory, and project management. • Ensuring audits/reviews are completed for all Surveys as per defined frequency. • Regular performance review of quality objectives / targets / metrics to ensure its suitability, adequacy, and effectiveness for internal teams as well as business partners. • Knowledge of compensation benchmarking, incentive programs (short term/ long term) (Preferred) • Lean six Sigma knowledge and continuous improvement mindset. • Learning Agility basis previous experience. • Problem solving skills and time management skills, good with multi-tasking. • Root cause analysis to identify areas of risk and opportunities for process improvement. • Responsible for coaching and mentoring Interns/Jr. analysts and Analysts/Senior Analysts in the team and contributes to training and capability development (Classroom trainings, training material development etc.) • Direct end client communication to resolve issues. • Support consulting assignments (including interfacing with external clients) • Critical to Research & Development capability – insights, marketing collaterals etc SKILLS • Any Graduate – Preferably (BBA, BBE, B. Com, B.Com (H), B.Sc (Maths/Statistics), ‐ • B.A(Maths/Statistics/Economics) • No Regular Postgraduate (MBA/MCA/MA/M.Sc/M.Tech) • No Technical Graduate – B.E/B.Tech • Advanced business communication skills (email and conference calls) and fluent with English language. Should be able to communicate thoughts and ideas verbally coherently and confidently, non‐verbally and in writing. • Should be flexible, keen on taking initiatives, accountable, have a collaborative approach with fellow colleagues, self‐motivator, and leadership qualities. • Quality orientation and eye for details • Highly proficient with MS Excel (Multiple Lookups, NESTED IF, Pivot Table/Pivot Chart • Report and creating charts), PowerPoint and Word including basics of automation (VBA knowledge would be preferred) • Advance Knowledge of Statistic functions like Standard Deviation, Correlation, Variance and Regression • knowledge of Global Compensation (Preferred) • Advanced analytical skills to create insights from data.
