We leverage deep actuarial, plan design and pension administration expertise and tools to design retirement plans. We help employers mitigate risk by better understanding liabilities, building plans that enhance retirement readiness and serving participants with unmatched satisfaction. Our investment team provides a spectrum of services including Investment Consulting, Delegated Investments and Alternative Investments, helping clients to optimise their potential risk-adjusted performance in a volatile market environment.
GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF ROLE: Lead an operations team of 12+ colleagues which is part of a larger 50+ project team that conducts surveys to collect compensation data from corporate & business firms and used the data to create reports that help clients benchmark the external market, or prevailing compensation trends on jobs or skill sets that are comparable to those within the client organization. Clients use this data to evaluate their standing vis-a-via other organizations. The process involves analysis of data which includes rigorous auditing of compensation data, querying clients for doubts/ clarification, removal of compensation outliers keeping in mind the market benchmarks, if any, and finally work on report generation.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
+ People Manager & Project Manager role
+ Responsible for coaching and mentoring Interns/Jr. analysts and Analysts/Senior Analysts in the team and contribute planning for training &capability development (Classroom trainings, training material development etc.)
+ Responsible for work delegation, status updates, communication to stakeholders
+ Responsible for governance on project plan and milestones and do risk assessment
+ Undertake direct end-client communication with team members to resolve any data-cleaning issues.
SKILLS/COMPETENCIES REQUIRED :
+ Strong People/Team management skills
+ Strong Project management skills
+ Prior experience on Quality framework is a must
+ Highly proficient with MS Excel (Multiple Lookups, NESTED IF, Pivot Table/Pivot Chart Report and creating charts) and PowerPoint
+ VBA knowledge would be preferred but not mandatory
+ Advanced business communication skills (email and conference calls) and fluent with English language; should be able to coherently & confidently communicate thoughts, ideas, recommendations, risks & challenges both verbally and through written communication
+ Knowledge of Rewards domain is good-to-have but not mandatory
+ Problem solving skills and time management skills
+ Research & Development capability – able to work on data-insights, marketing collaterals, whitepapers etc
+ Should be flexible, keen on taking initiatives, take accountability & ownership on all project related aspects and have a collaborative approach with fellow colleagues.
+ Self-motivated and displays leadership qualities
+ Eye for detail
