JOB SCOPE
The System Analyst within the Digital Solutions team provides strategic business analysis support to internal business partners and clients where applicable. Their focus is to work closely with all Asia countries to gain an in-depth understanding of client business needs including requirements, processes, services, technology roadmaps within the business operations. These may include Flex, TPA (Claims), Select & Protect, Well One, TRS. The role also works on ad-hoc Digital Solutions projects and initiatives to improve productivity and deliver critical solutions across the Asia region. Key activities include (but not limited to):
• Lead and / or participant in multiple projects applying technical expertise to assess requirements (in some cases completing requirements) as per Aon standard models to help support project teams to ensure requirements meet APAC and Aon standards and ensure successfully delivery. • Supporting and aligning work efforts to meet client and business needs. This may require direct client interactions. • Helping manage Change Requests (CO’s) on assigned projects in accordance with APAC and Aon agreed protocols. • Collaborate and work across multi-disciplinary teams (locally, regionally, globally and externally) on assigned projects to achieve best business outcomes within all agreed Regional and Aon methodology, best practices, protocols, budgets, timelines, etc. • Responsible for stakeholder management on and across assigned projects. This will involve creating and building relationships and partnerships; effective and timely communications, and adapting to multiple competing demands, business and organisational as well as new responsibilities. • Manage and support testing workstreams (internal and external) on assigned projects in accordance with Aon’s testing methodology for successful outcomes. • Where assigned support and manage Aon’s release management. • Where assigned undertake project management on relevant internal and external projects. • Help support and work on productivity efficiency and continuous improvements projects and initiatives across all assigned projects. • Where required, support sales and consulting colleagues / teams on client presentations and demos for prospective digital benefits bids and enquiries.
Duties and Responsibilities

This may require direct client interactions. ▪ Contribute and collaborate on technical, business and processing solutioning across multiple service offerings for existing and new project offerings for successful business and client deliverables and outcomes. ▪ Helping manage and track Change Requests (CR’s) on assigned projects in accordance with APAC and Aon agreed protocols. This will require assessing the CR’s against our technical Standard Operating Procedures. ▪ Collaborate with our APAC SYD team to resolve TBS issues and defects as well as assisting with implementation design solutioning. ▪ Collaborate and work across multi-disciplinary teams (locally, regionally, globally and externally) on assigned projects to achieve best business outcomes within all agreed Regional and Aon methodology, best practices, protocols, budgets, timelines, etc. ▪ Responsible for stakeholder management on and across assigned projects. This will involve creating and building relationships and partnerships; effective and timely communications, and adapting to multiple competing demands, business and organisational as well as new responsibilities. ▪ Working with multiple teams, manage and support testing workstreams (internal and external) on assigned projects around testing strategies, definition, planning and execution in accordance with Aon’s testing methodology for successful outcomes.
