Independent Lessor Management Lead

Job Description This role is mainly responsible in ensuring site accessibility in his/her territory is available on a timely basis for NTG’s build and operate activities. This is achieved through two main deliverables. One, by ensuring all Globe-owned network site lease contracts are completed and renewed on a timely manner, and all lessor concerns are fully addressed – all in accordance to the team’s set guidelines and governing standards. Fulfillment of these responsibilities may also be based on the territories’ designated priority sites, relative to time and resource availability.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1.Ensure all lessor concerns raised within his/her assigned territory are resolved and closed on a timely and satisfactory manner, so as not to disrupt the territory tribe’s plan, build and operation-related activities by working through various stakeholders and following the team’s lessor mgt guidelines and standards.

2.Ensure all lessor contracts of his/her assigned territory are  active, safekept, available and renewed based on the territory’s designated priority backlog, subject to resources availability and time and compliant to the team’s guidelines and standards.

3.Attend to his/her assigned territory tribe’s regular cadences, collaboration and problem solving sessions tackling the territory’s network performance, quality and business performance management.

4.Ensures designated managed services partner/s are able to deliver on their set targets on simple contract renewals and  simple lessor concerns closure on field, following the team’s set guidelines and standards on manged services’ contract renewals and assisted lessor management.

5.Regularly updates assigned territory dashboard and ensures prompt closure of related issues to mitigate aging of backlog priorities.
