You play a key role in our Indies team, responsible for driving display revenue (across Print, Digital, and Programmatic) for the renowned Hearst portfolio. You will work closely with the Independents Agency Director and two team members, helping shape strategies to maximize revenue potential from independent agencies.
Your focus will be on cultivating relationships and uncovering new business opportunities with existing, lapsed, and new clients, prioritising the volume of bookings. Beyond display revenue, you’ll also encourage engagement with content partnerships, bespoke brand events, newsletters, and more.

ABOUT YOU
Willingness to develop display (Print & Digital) advertising sales capabilities & Indies relationship management Understanding of the print market & its dynamics, with a hunger to achieve & exceed revenue targets Sales & negotiation skills with the ability to identify client needs and provide tailored solutions Exposure to CRM tools / platforms for efficient pipeline management and accurate revenue forecasting Excellent communication, presentation & interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong client direct relationships across all levels Strong analytical mindset with the ability to gather & analyse market data / competitor insights to inform sales strategies Results-driven, self-motivated & enthusiastic about chasing down print & digital display opportunities to drive revenue growth Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including Media Planning, Account Management & Brand portfolios
