Job summary:
As a India Branch Audit Vice President in the Internal Audit Team, you will be responsible for end-to-end coverage of annual audit plan of JPMorgan Chase Bank India Mumbai branch, comply with local regulatory requirements, and supporting the global audit plan. You will perform audit work in accordance with departmental standards. Your role will involve assisting with control identification, audit execution, and continuous monitoring activities. This role provides an opportunity to lead and assist on audit engagements, communicate audit findings to management, and identify opportunities for improvement in the design and effectiveness of key controls.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills:
Minimum 10 years of internal or external auditing experience, or relevant business experienceBachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Math or related disciplineUnderstanding of internal control concepts with the ability to evaluate and determine the adequacy of control design and operating effectivenessAbility to effectively and efficiently execute audit testing and complete audit workpaper documentationExcellent communication (i.e., verbal and written) and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present complex and sensitive issues to senior management and influence changeEnthusiastic, self-motivated, strong interest in learning, effective under pressure and willing to take personal responsibility/accountabilityFlexible to changing business priorities and ability to multitask in a constantly changing environment
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills:
Professional qualifications such as CA, CFA, FRMPrior experience with local banks and/ or internal audit department in financial services industryFamiliar with local regulations
