What You'll Do

The Senior Analyst is responsible for handling the entire Benefits & Mobility function for the India office across different verticals. You will oversee the Employee Benefits (Insurance, Forex), setting up / streamlining of processes, monitoring internal control.
You will ensure all processes are completed in a timely and accurate manner in accordance with BCG policies and procedures, and in compliance with statutory regulations. This individual will ensure He/She provides a high level of customer service to internal and external customers and governmental agencies.

 

•Handling overall employee Benefits portfolio for India office (including Medical Insurance, Life Insurance, Accident policy, top up plans, etc)
•Managing all the additions and deletions to the policies and ensuring all endorsements are passed on time.
•Managing the timely renewals of all the Insurance plans.
•Monitoring Medical insurance coverage regularly and ensuring all claims are settled on time
•Handling travel insurance portfolio
•Handling forex advances
•Handling employee interactions & Queries
•Track and Manage performance of various vendors for, Insurance, forex, etc related profiles
•Propose and work on system / process enhancements.
•Managing the Car lease benefit.



What You'll Bring

•A bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 6 years’ experience in a fast paced environment
supporting senior executives, strongly preferred.
•Proficient using Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
•Ability to handle confidential information in a professional manner
•Excellent customer service orientation with creative and resourceful problem solving skills – “can do” attitude
•Strong organizational and analytical skills with attention to detail and the ability to multi-task
•Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills with ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization
•Self-starter, highly motivated and innovative

Your Line manager will be a great resource for support and trouble-shooting and will provide developmental guidance and support as your grow your career at BCG.
