I. Job Summary
Manages employees and activities of the human resources department. Performs highly complex Human Resources related duties at the professional level and carries out responsibilities in some or all of the following functional areas: employee relations, labor relations, recruitment, training, compliance, benefits and compensation administration. Administers HR policies and procedures. Collects and analyzes HR data, assists the HR Manager with tasks as assigned and makes recommendations to Management.

A. Education and Experience
Required: MBA in HR or equivalent Master’s Degree.
Experience:
10+ years of related experience including minimum 3 years of team handling. Willingness to work in complete night shift. Exposure to US/UK working environment is preferred. Should be well versed with HR, Statutory & Labour compliances. Should be comfortable with complete work from office.
