India & Regional Cluster Finance Manager
As the Regional Cluster Finance Manger you will be reporting to the Operations Finance Director. This role is both trusted business partner to the Asia regional operations leads and Finance Leader with direct line management responsibility for the country Business Finance teams in India, Japan and Malaysia. In this role, you will ensure consistent measurement, tracking and delivery of CA’s financial and operational performance across manufacturing and supply chain. You will partner to the regional and country operations leaders to track leading indicators of performance such that risks and opportunities are actively managed, and course corrected, as required.

The Regional Cluster Finance Manager is accountable for ensuring a robust controls environment is in place though sound financial leadership and stewardship, driving best practice both locally and working across centralised Global Services teams. This role is a member of the senior leadership team in India.

You can be part of that success story.Your responsibilities:Act as the ‘Face of Finance’ to the Operations functions, leading all financial processes for local activities as well as providing sound financial stewardship for outsourced/centralised financial activities, working across Sector and JM Global Services teams.Work closely with Leaders within Clean Air Operations, creating real and active partnerships. Develop a deep understanding of Plant operations, setting financial goals, tracking monthly performance, managing risks, and ensuring financial and operational targets are met.Drive process improvement and financial opportunities, oversee financial KPIs, monitor production variances, support capital investment prioritization, and ensure procurement choices align with financial goals.Lead the local annual budget process for the plant and region, in collaboration with Sector and JM Global Services teams to ensure robust integrated, assumptions-based planning which is aligned to the overall profit, working capital and cash goals for Clean Air.Lead the preparation of business cases for the region including effective post completion review and tracking of benefits. Presentation financial performance to the plant Leadership and Clean Air Sector teams.  Active participation in Sector Operations Finance initiatives.Support the plant operational teams in the escalation of supply issues and risks to Sector.Requirements for the role:A professional accounting qualification (e.g. CA, ACA, CIMA) or equivalent is desirable., with strong knowledge of finance processes and systems.Demonstrated commercial acumen, reasoning skills, and guidance capabilities, with a strong understanding of financial principles, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis.Ability to align financial strategies with business objectives, identify growth opportunities, and provide insights to inform decision-making.Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders and collaborate effectively across teams.Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage timelines and deliverables, adapt to changing business needs, and inspire teams to drive performance and engagement.
