We are seeking an enthusiastic professional with approximately 5 years of experience to support our Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) initiatives in the Canadian Market. This role offers an excellent opportunity for an Indigenous candidate to contribute to and grow within our organization.
What You Will Be Doing:
Assist in implementing DEI programs and initiativesSupport the development of Indigenous engagement strategiesContribute to the creation and execution of reconciliation plansEngage with Indigenous business enterprises and other diverse suppliersHelp maintain relationships with Indigenous communities and organizationsParticipate in community engagement activities and cultural awareness trainingSupport Indigenous recruitment initiativesWhat You Bring:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant fieldApproximately 5 years of experience in DEI, community engagement, or related areasUnderstanding of Indigenous cultures, traditions, and business practicesFamiliarity with DEI concepts, trends, and best practicesStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work effectively in a team environmentProficiency in data analysis and report writingAdaptability and eagerness to learn in a fast-paced environmentWhat's In It For You:
