Working collaboratively with the Sales Organization, Business Management, Service, and many other key stakeholders, drives operational excellence and manage business continuity risks.
Job Description
As part of our Industrial Print AMS Sales Operations Team, this position leads the Indigo Clicks and Service Contracts maintenance. Applies subject matter knowledge to document processes and ensure there is clear alignment with our internal team responsibilities that drive business revenue. Helps identifying processes gaps and gets highly involved in the decision making for simplifying the complex; this by partnering with business owners and driving synergies, standardizing processes across all regions as a result. Gathers feedback and has cooperative collaboration with our AMS Sales Operations team and other supporting departments (Sales, Billing, Finance & Credit/Collections, or others) to articulate improvement areas.
Responsibilities
Implements clicks rates, monthly service fees and discounts as per contractual terms & conditions.Supports with monitoring customer counter collection process.Oversees Supplies inventory count process and ensure compliance with all safeguards.Keeps up to date on Indigo Supplies & Services terms and conditions.Assists other areas such as billing related to Hardware, Services and Supplies.Works closely with Finance, Sales, Service, Supplies, and other key stakeholders to determine strategy, policies, and procedures.Develops and maintains internal and external relationships to support management of scope and expectations.Operates as a team member and advises on methods to improve business processes and efficiencies.Identifies procedural changes within the sales operations team to achieve the highest level of operational excellence for the business.Complies with procedural/audit/records retention policies.Education and Experience Required
First level university degree or equivalent experience; advanced university degree is a plus.Typically, 4-6 years of experience in a business-related function, preferably finance, accounting, or compensation.Demonstrated experience in self-directed roles with minimal supervision.Knowledge and Skills
Fluent in English (written & oral).QAD experience and proficient knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint & other MS Office applications.Process Management & Transformation: Identify process short-comings and work with others to improve or transform processes.Problem Solving: Approach problems in a rational manner using sound strategies that ensure comprehensive understanding and effective resolution.Change Management: Develop methods for supporting innovation/change across the organization.Demonstrates analytical skills and strong process orientation with critical attention to detail.Excellent communication skills, with ability to build and maintain strong internal/external relationships and teamwork.Skills also include leadership, ability to work autonomously, tolerance of ambiguity, critical thinking, ability to influence and persuade, decision-making, flexibility, creativity, initiative, and presentation skills.High level competence in completing priorities and managing multiple tasks.Demonstrated sense of urgency with ability to stay focused on goals and objectives.
