What You Will Do

As an Indirect (Partner) Marketing Manager, you will drive AECO’s regional growth by crafting and executing impactful marketing strategies through our valued partners. This is your opportunity to lead, innovate, and shape how we engage with regional markets, ensuring our brand's success on a global scale.

Drive Partner Go-to-Market (GTM) Plans: Collaborate with partners to develop and drive effective Go-to-Market (GTM) plans, ensuring that partner strategies are aligned with AECO’s objectives and optimized for market success in the LatAm region.

Collaborate with Partners and Sales Teams: Work closely with partners and internal sales teams to design and deliver effective omnichannel demand generation plans. Your role will involve aligning objectives and ensuring that partner marketing efforts contribute to overall business goals.

Develop and Execute Campaigns: Create and implement integrated through-partner marketing campaigns that align with AECO’s global strategies and brand expectations. You’ll ensure these campaigns are tailored to the specific needs of LatAm, driving demand across various channels.

Localize Content for Regional Markets: Adapt global marketing content to resonate with regional audiences, ensuring that messaging is culturally relevant and effective across different geographies within LatAM.

Support Partner Development: Assist in the growth and development of partner capabilities by providing guidance, resources, and support. You'll play a key role in empowering partners to execute successful marketing initiatives.

Teach Marketing Best Practices: Educate partners and internal teams on marketing best practices. You will share insights and strategies to enhance marketing effectiveness across diverse geographies within LatAm.

Manage Regional MDF Budget: Oversee the regional Market Development Funds (MDF) budget, ensuring optimal allocation and tracking of funds to support demand generation activities and customer lifecycle marketing initiatives.

Plan and Execute Demand Generation Plans: Lead the planning, organization, and execution of regional demand generation efforts. This includes coordinating with various stakeholders to ensure timely and impactful delivery of marketing activities.

Implement To-Marketing Campaigns: Ensure best practices are followed for the organization and management of our PRM tool related to marketing and communication modules. You will help new partners onboard onto our one-to-many communication channels and measure regional partner engagement. 

What Skills & Experience You Should Bring

To excel in this role, you should have a strong foundation in partner marketing, along with the ability to collaborate effectively, manage budgets, and drive successful Go-to-Market (GTM) strategies across diverse regions. Key qualifications include:

Marketing Expertise: Proven experience developing and executing through-partner marketing campaigns, including demand generation and Go-to-Market (GTM) planning.

Collaboration and Interpersonal Skills: Strong ability to work cross-functionally,  including multiple and remote teams, cultures, and time zones, with partners, sales teams, and internal stakeholders to align marketing efforts with business goals.

Budget Management: Experience managing budgets effectively, particularly with Market Development Funds (MDF) or similar resources.

Content Localization: Skilled in adapting and localizing marketing content to suit regional markets, ensuring cultural relevance and impact.

Communication & Mentoring: Excellent communication skills with the ability to teach marketing best practices and mentor teams across diverse geographies. Native or C2 proficiency in English and Portuguese is required; fluency in Spanish is a plus. 

Self-Starter with a Growth Mindset: Proactive problem solver with strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced and evolving work environment.
