Your responsibilities may include:

 

maintaining process to track requests and provide timely updates, ensuring commitments are made on time (tracking pending topics and escalate when required) troubleshooting to resolve issues with orders  following company purchasing and accounting procedures, maintaining financials and process for complex contracts proceeding on-time procurement documents (Purchase Orders, Contracts, etc.) in Zycus/SAP initiating new suppliers onboarding process (master data changes) resolving invoice issues with suppliers and A/P department being a first point of contact for requestors, provide training when relevant proactively identifing and implementing continuous improvement initiatives to improve efficiency and compliance ensuring contract availability and compliance when relevant coordinating with the vendor on handling all PO’s and invoices.

You are a good match if you have:

 

Bachelors or Master’s degree above 2 years of experience in Procurment / PTP area strong and effective communication, facilitation and presentation skills very good excel skills attention to details, quality and controls E2E process knowledge of Purchase to Pay including its interdependencies with other processes.
